Summer Vaca 2012

Summer Vacation 2012 was a huge success!  It began with a trip from Washington state to South Carolina with 4 kids, by myself.  A 6 hr flight, a 2 hour layover, a 2 hour flight and a 2 hour drive.  All in all, we left the house at 8 am pst and arrived at my aunt's at 1:30 am est.  A 10 yr old, a 7 yr old, a 4 yr old, a 2 month old, 4 back packs, 4 car seats, 6 suitcases, a stroller, a baby front pack, a partridge in a pear tree... and me.  But, we made it.

I love SC and I love my crazy family there.  In SC, they keep their rifle bullets on their desk...

they build their pool house, then their house, then they have the pool put in...

  your car reads the external temperature like this....

you park your car outside in the 100 degree heat so you can park your tractors in the garage...

and you find signs like this...

We had this much family around ...

                           

and this many cousins to play with...

 Brooklyn got big and chunky and absolutely adorable...

and took a nap on my Great Grandma's chest...

and crashed in bed every night...

Then we flew to UT and went to my Uncle's cabin.  We 4 wheeled...

and played on the zip line...

Rylan found a worm...

and we hiked to the waterfall...

We went to Lagoon and the zoo...

Bryant, Dalton and Rylan were birds...

 My sister's little guy Treyson, turned 1...

and the boys swam like polar bears...

 It was awesome and we all came home happy and worn out.
