Pinewood Derby!

Bryant got to participate in his first Pinewood Derby! First he and Carl cut the design for the car (using the templates we bought online), and then they sanded and sanded and then Bryant and I painted it




and then we sanded and sanded and sanded some more and we ended up with a way cool hummer truck







that ended up winning...






"BEST USE OF MATERIAL". (It didn't place at all. That's what happens when you are the attorney's son. The cars that place are the sons of carpenters and engineers. He needed his grandpa here if he wanted to place. Sorry Bryant!)
But, it was fun!!
