Merry Christmas!!

It's that time again, where we all reminisce about the fabulous year we have had. And boy, has our family had a great one!

In June, Carl was promoted to be General Counsel of his company and man did that come with perks! If anyone is in the market for a private leer jet, let us know, we can get you a great deal!

I hate to brag, but Carl and the boys entered me in the "Parenting" magazine "Mother of the Year" contest and I WON! It came with a $5,000 cash bonus and monthly housecleaning and biweekly dinner service AND biweekly nanny services FOR A YEAR!! Whoo ha! It pays to be "Mother of the Year"!

Bryant is doing an exceptional job in school and with his extracurricular activities. At his piano concert in May, he was approached by a scout from the Jr. Julliard School and given a chance to audition for a spot at their school. He auditioned in the summer and we just heard back a week ago that he was accepted! So, next school year, he'll be off to New York. It's going to kind of hard to send him off for 4th grade, but it will be such an amazing experience for him.

Dalton really enjoyed his soccer team this year. They had an exceptional coach and many fabulous players. They won 1st place in at the state championships and he and Carl got to travel to Washington DC for the National Championships in September where they placed 2nd!! What an accomplishment for a group of kindergarteners!

Rylan has had a great year too!! Once we went through all of the hassles of head shots and agents, he got a spot to audition for a Fisher Price commercial. And got the part!! So watch for him this holiday season! I love that he's starting his college fund while still in preschool (and not even potty trained!)

In all seriousness, we have had a great year and feel very blessed to live the life we do. We are employed, healthy and with a roof over our head, what more can you ask for? We are still looking to adopt (I'm serious) our princess, so if you hear of someone with an unplanned pregnancy (or young girl) who is interested in an adoption plan, we would love it if you would pass on our info. Merry Christmas and we pray that you too are living the life you've always dreamed of.

Love,
Carl, Shay, Bryant, Dalton and Rylan
